Gold Coast Little Theatre's first production for 2009 was the exquisitely trivial comedy THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST. Written by Oscar Wilde and directed by Noella Johnson, Earnest was a delight both visually and to the ear. With the help of Nina Khan's beautiful costumes and Wilde's ascerbic wit, the cast were able to breathe life into a play that is over a hundred years old.  The cast - John Arthars, Noel Thompson, Nina Khan, Amy Louise Anderson, Jessica Purcell, Ursula Johnson, Kevin Johnson and John Rees-Osborne.
